Rescheduled Pressure Point show - Thursday 25 October

A Citizen Above Suspicion is playing a show next week at the Pressure Point, in Brighton, UK, rescheduled after August's cancelled show. Here's the details - come down to hear new material!

Free ACAS BrightonLive show - Thursday 27 September

Plenty to tell you this month - after the equipment theft and subsequent cancellation of
our august show we're very pleased to say that the good old boys in blue actually managed to track down all of our gear and ACAS is back up to full live duties sooner than expected!! Yes indeed the shock and horror at the thought of replacing almost all of our backline has been replaced with surprise and joy at the competency of the local police force - well done to them.

So to begin the celebrations we have 2 live dates to offer you:

ACAS update

It has been far too long since our last posting, our apologies.

'What have you been up to' I hear you cry, well quite a bit actually......

ACAS demoing new tracks

The band have been recording demos of several new tracks over the last few weeks.

Watch out for the new tracks 'Communion on Senate Hill' and 'The Worst is Yet to Come' at the Number One Son gig on October 6th.

Christmas headline slot at Cable Club confirmed

We'll be playing on Monday 16/12/02 (the final Cable Club of 2002), and will be supported by Ye Wiles. Click here to find out more.

Confirmation of London gig

We've just been confirmed to open up a bill at Camden's Dublin Castle on Friday October 18th. This will be the first gig outside of Brighton, but please come along as it should be a good one. We'll be playing with Freefall and The Fuhrers.

Entry with a band flyer is at the reduced price of £4.50. If you don't have one, you can download and print off as many as you need on this page.

We're going to be onstage from 8.45 - 9.15, so there's still plenty of time to make it home if you're traveling up from Brighton like us!

Support slot on Number One Son UK tour

We've recently been booked as main support for the Liverpool nu-metal band Number One Son on the Brighton date of their upcoming UK tour. The gig is on Sunday October 6th and we'll be onstage 8.45 - 9.15.

Tickets £5 on the door.

Debut live show in Brighton

We played our first set at the Pressure Point, in Brighton, as part of the regular Monday night Cable Club. We opened up at 8.45 - 9.15, and played on a bill with They Came Down From the Trees and 7 and 7 is....
We were very pleased with it, and you can see pictures and the set list here.

ACAS at New Rising Studios, Essex

We've just completed a week in the studio with producer Mark Daghorn, laying down material for a 4 track EP, which will hopefully be available later this year.

You can see photos from the week and more information on this page.
